The fine print, in plain English
Yes. You're helping promote LREC-approved continuing education from a certified vendor (Fineran CE, Vendor #9145). When you promote, you'll simply note that Fineran CE is LREC-certified and that you may earn a commission — we give you ready-made language for both.
No. There's no minimum number of sales and nothing you're required to report. Tiers and commissions are simply rewards as your referrals add up. (We do ask for at least one valid click or sale every 90 days to keep your spot in a limited cohort.)
Commissions are paid quarterly once your balance reaches $25, after the refund period closes. You'll provide a W-9, and we issue a 1099 where required. Balances under $25 simply roll forward.
Reach 10 qualifying referrals and you get personal access to every Fineran CE course — including ones we release later — for the rest of your life. It's non-transferable, and it stays yours even if you leave the program.
Not at all. We're looking for respected, up-and-coming residential agents who are curious about commercial — not specialists. You're sharing a course, not giving advice.
For a full 12 months from the date that customer is first attributed to you. Since agents need CE every year, one referral can mean more than one commission inside that window.
