FINERANCE

Brand Ambassador Kit

Everything you need to share Fineran CE with your network.

Founding Cohort

Welcome aboard. This kit has post-ready captions and the course links that pull up a polished branded image on their own when you post them. No design work and no blank page.

How to use it: pick a caption, paste your referral link to the course, and post. The branded preview image shows up automatically. Change anything so it sounds like you.

A little about what you're sharing

If you'd rather write your own post, here's the basic stuff you can mention:

  • The courses are taught by Everett Fineran, a Louisiana attorney and licensed broker who runs commercial leases for a 400 location company.
  • It's CE that's just about commercial leasing, not a 12 hour everything bundle.
  • It covers practical things like reading an NNN lease and writing an LOI a landlord will take seriously.
  • Eight elective hours, online and self paced. $79 a course or $129 for both.
  • Your link gives people 20% off, and you earn on each sale.

Ready-to-post captions

Just swap in your referral link where it says [YOUR LINK].

1 · Your honest take

Finally took some CE that was actually worth it. It's all about commercial leases and it's taught by a Louisiana attorney who's also a broker, so it's the real deal. If you've ever had a commercial referral land on your desk and weren't totally sure what to do with it, this is a good one. My link gets you 20% off: [YOUR LINK]

2 · The credential one

Most CE is written by people who write CE for a living. This one's taught by an actual attorney and broker who runs commercial leases for a 400 location company. You can tell. 20% off with my link: [YOUR LINK]

3 · For LinkedIn

There's finally a Louisiana CE that's just about commercial leasing. Two courses, eight elective hours, online and self paced, taught by a Louisiana attorney who actually negotiates these deals. If commercial is part of what you do, it's worth your electives this year. 20% off through my link: [YOUR LINK]

4 · What it actually covers

These two courses go through reading an NNN lease, writing an LOI a landlord will take seriously, and the spots where Louisiana commercial lease law is different from the residential stuff we all learned. Actually useful for once. 20% off: [YOUR LINK]

5 · Renewal season (use Oct to Dec)

Renewal's December 31 like always. If you still need electives, these are eight hours that are actually worth taking. Commercial lease CE for Louisiana agents, all online. My link saves you 20%: [YOUR LINK]

8 · A quick DM or text

Hey, quick one. I just did some CE that's actually worth recommending. Commercial lease courses, all online, taught by a real attorney and broker. Counts toward your Louisiana electives. Here's 20% off if you want it: [YOUR LINK]

The links to share

You don't need to attach any images. When you post one of these links, a polished branded preview image comes up on its own. Just paste the link with your caption.

Once you have your personal referral link from your ambassador dashboard, use that version of the link instead. It shows the same preview image, gives your audience 20% off, and makes sure you get credit for the referral.

A quick platform note: link previews show up on Facebook, LinkedIn, and in texts and emails. On Instagram, links aren't clickable in a regular post, so use the link sticker in a Story or put it in your bio.

Hashtags

Keep it to 3 to 6:

A few tips

  • Sound like you. Change a caption until it reads the way you actually talk.
  • Lead with your own experience. "I took this and here's why it's good" beats a sales pitch.
  • Keep each post simple. One caption, one link.
  • Post once at launch, once during renewal season, and any time someone asks you about CE.
  • Always include your link.

One thing to remember before you post

Add a short disclosure to your posts. You can paste this line:

I'm a Fineran CE brand ambassador and may earn a commission. Fineran CE is a Louisiana Real Estate Commission certified education vendor (#9145).

Two quick things to avoid: don't promise how fast someone can finish (you can say self paced and eight elective hours, just not "do it in an afternoon"), and let people confirm their own CE credit.
